Big Chocolates


One thing that many people don't realize is that every food has a "right size."

For example, this is about the right size for chocolate (maybe even a touch bigger would be perfect.)

Some other size guidelines that might help:

  • Cookies: These should be big enough that one cookie can be substituted for a whole meal, but not so big that they are hard to pick up.
  • Broccoli: This should be as small as possible. It should be so small that I can't even make out the green color on my plate.
  • Cheese: the current size of most cheese is about right, but it can be improved by being cut into small, easy to eat shapes OR served as a stick.
